Magical !
Maria Theresa, who runs this lovely B&B is exceptional.
It s worth to take a walk all the way up to the theater and cool down in the park
The historic center of Cosenza is also called old Cosenza, it should be noted that I was born and raised for almost 40 years in these places and I can state that in my opinion it is one of the most beautiful and characteristic historic centers in Italy, Piazza dei Valdesi, Corso Telesio that arrives
first to the cathedral (the Duomo), then to the Rendano theatre, until you reach Portapiana, a place where you can admire the Castello Svevo, in my opinion one of the most beautiful castles to visit.
The many alleys that characterize it, the historic buildings, the statue of Telesio e
the municipal villa also known as the old villa. Unfortunately, the historic center, despite having a history and many potentials, is not valorized and lives in a profound state of abandonment.
Absolutely worth visiting and you will have the feeling that time has stopped.
Calabria's city of Cosenza is popular for visiting the theater and the old town center. Unfortunately, many houses are uninhabited and the typical small shops and restaurants are missing. The architecture of the past is interesting. The location on the river that runs through the city offers a special experience.

Wonderful from an architectural and urban planning point of view. The state of semi-abandonment in which it finds itself (at least to a large extent) has it as if frozen in time. A place with incredible tourist potential, unfortunately not even minimally exploited.
Historic center rich in monuments but unfortunately completely in decline and social decay. Cars parked wildly everywhere, rubbish abandoned in front of monuments, widespread incivility. A shame for the country that hurts!
Very beautiful with typical old buildings of which several are undergoing renovation.
Delicious characteristic corners but in some cases defaced by abandoned rubbish.
Still worth a visit.
